A classic selection from How to Eataly - focaccia with zucchini and squash! One of my favorite ways to eat bread (focaccia, pizza, sourdough toast, you get the idea...) all summer long and take delicious advantage of gardens overloaded with zucchini!
Squash on Toast begins with a pale, almost-white cream base drizzled with ripe green and yellow that melt together. She's finished with the faintest crumbs of toasty brown speckles.
