Part of our Cookbook Collection: inspired by two of my favorite cookbooks, Smitten Kitchen Keepers by Deb Perelman and How to Eataly by Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich.
Inspired by the Lamb Skewers with Crackly Vinegar Glaze in Smitten Kitchen Keepers and I don't know if I have ever been more proud of a tonal colorway. She's roasty, she's toasty, she's giving vinegar and soy sauce and cozy salty crispy 🤎 in the midst of a bright and frankly springy September collection, she's perfect for fall!!
Glaze is a warm, highly saturated chestnut brown with heavy undertones of golden caramel and pomegranate red. It tends lighter and brighter on mohair but not quite as light as it appears in photos.
