Frutti di Mare
Frutti di Mare

Part of our Cookbook Collection: inspired by two of my favorite cookbooks, Smitten Kitchen Keepers by Deb Perelman and How to Eataly by Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich.
Taking inspiration from the huge variety of seafood available in Italy, as showcased in How to Eataly - frutti di mare literally translates to "fruit of the sea!" Seafood is not my thing, but I can appreciate the colors and textures and blends 🤩
Frutti di Mare is a blended watercolor variegated colorway - we start with a layered base of grey and sandy tan, then drip and melt speckles and splashes of pink, red-orange, silvery green, and charcoal.
