Forelle

Part of our Cookbook Collection: inspired by two of my favorite cookbooks, Smitten Kitchen Keepers by Deb Perelman and How to Eataly by Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich.

Thanks to How to Eataly for a selection of fruit! Forelle is inspired by the springy juicy coral pink of so many tasty fruits - she's named for forelle pears, but is also reminiscent of a pink lady apple or a fresh grapefruit!

Forelle is a warm-toned, gushing coral pink, not quite pink-pink but also not quite orange. She toes the line between a bright and a pastel and could fit into almost any palette!
