Part of our Cookbook Collection: inspired by two of my favorite cookbooks, Smitten Kitchen Keepers by Deb Perelman and How to Eataly by Mario Batali and Lidia Bastianich.

This selection from How to Eataly is extra virgin olive oil! A staple for finishing pasta, rice, soup, and more - and in Italy, it's as regional and nuanced as wine. 

Drizzle is a shimmering, silvery olive green. It is the most semi-solid of the tonals in this collection, as the dye breaks into layers that shift from grey to green and back again. It bends and melts in the light and has as much nuance as the oil itself 🩶
