One of the most inspiring things about Agatha Christie's stories is their period settings.  Homes are lit and warmed by fire, gas lamps, and candles. Their soft glow provides both cozy warmth and dark shadowy corners of mystery. 

Candlelight is a glowing, buttery cream. It's a warm soft yellow that reads as a neutral and coordinates with many of variegates in this collection.
